The project consists of a main building, elevated car park deck, staff screening building, office building on the roof of the existing EKFC-1 facility and link bridge. The total built up area is 25,896 sq. m.

Trans Gulf Electromechanical was awarded the complete project and has executed the scope for HVAC, electrical & ELV systems and plumbing and drainage services.
